Tami Caesar Tami Caesar
My husband, Steve Karlovic, and I moved to Rose Valley 6 years ago and consider ourselves lucky to be the latest caretakers of the William Purcell Prairie Style home. We moved for the house and property and have been blessed to become part of a true community. We are members of the Folk and enjoy supporting the Rose Valley Museum and Hedgerow Theatre Company. I have an MBA from Villanova and 26 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector with an emphasis on fundraising and financial management. My current role is Chief Financial Officer for the National MS Society. From 2009 to 2015, I was the President of the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the MS Society. Prior to joining the Society, I worked in operations management at a steakhouse which spawned my love of food and wine – especially the pairing of the two. When we aren’t repairing the house, working in the garden or riding our road bikes, we enjoy entertaining our Rose Valley neighbors at our home.
Bruce Everett Hunt I am President of Rose Valley Asset Management LLC, which was founded in 2006. My professional background includes a concentration in financial Management and marketing.

I was a part of the Rose Valley Borough government for 25 years – 5 years as controller and 20 years as a council member. I have volunteered at the Helen Kate Furness Free Library for 30 years and served on the library board of directors for 5 years.
Tim PLummer Tim Plummer
I am past President of Rose Valley Borough Council and am currently Mayor. I worked to save the Borough Green and to create The Rose Valley Historic District (National Register). I help with annual July 4th celebrations, and am a dedicated lap swimmer at Rose Valley Pool. I graduated from Wallingford Elementary School, Nether Providence High School, West Point and Harvard Business School (AMP). Served 20 years in US Army. Moved to Rose Valley in 1985 to join a digital electronics firm in Philadelphia where I served as Executive VP.
Jack-Reohr Jack Reohr
The Reohrs’ have been Rose Valley residents since 1964, and at various times have been involved with the Rose Valley Swimming Pool, Folk, Gardeners, and Museum and Historical Society. After Naval Service, I went into the computer business with IBM and eventually started the Reohr Group which I sold in 1990 [120 consulting staff members]. My wife Pat was the Wallingford-Swarthmore Librarian at Strath Haven High School and two elementary schools. We spend five months each year at our vacation home on Cape Cod always returning to Rose Valley in Oct

Mimi Spangler Mimi Spangler
Mimi Spangler moved to Rose Valley in 2014 with her husband, Craig and two children, Andrew & Sarah when they fell in love with their historic home on 7 Hilltop Road in Rose Valley. Prior to moving to Rose Valley they lived for 16 years in Swarthmore. Mimi is very active the local community as a parent volunteer at Strath Haven High School, as a Committee Member of the Rose Valley Boy Scout Troop 272 (where her son just became an Eagle Scout) and as a volunteer at The Rose Valley Museum & Historical Society. Years ago both of her children attended The School in Rose Valley and last year her daughter served as a Camp Counselor there. Professionally, Mimi is the President of Harding & Company, a marketing consulting firm that is a recognized leader in helping technical professionals become more effective at revenue generation. Mimi is honored to work with the Rose Valley Centennial Foundation and she looks forward to supporting efforts to maintain the historical character and charm of Rose Valley while embracing efforts to build a stronger community.
Nick Slagis Edward (Nick) Slagis
Nick Slagis and his wife Katherine Keefe moved to Rose Valley in August of 2016 after spending the better part of that year renovating 12 Hilltop Road. Nick’s life-long interest in the Arts and Crafts movement is a key reason Nick and Katherine moved to Rose Valley and is also why Nick is excited to help to grow and promote the Arts and Crafts Movement in Rose Valley as a member of the Centennial Foundation. Prior to moving to Rose Valley, Nick and Katherine lived in Swarthmore for 23 years where Nick was active in community initiatives including serving on the Swarthmore Recycling Committee and the Swarthmore Borough Pension Committee. Nick helped launch the first ever varsity girls ice hockey team at Strath Haven High School which he coached for 5 years. Professionally Nick has a culinary background as a chef at many Philadelphia restaurants including the former Le Bec Fin and also as an executive in food service administration at Drexel University and HUP. Currently Nick is the Chairman of Delta Therm, a family business specializing in thermal heating cable and controls. Nick also works part time with youth at the golf course affiliated with the Glen Mills Schools.
