The Rose Valley Centennial Foundation is an independent, philanthropic, 501(c)(3) public charity that has been created to assist in the preservation of the unique character of Rose Valley now and into the next century.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors who operate under the Foundation’s Bylaws.
The Foundation conducts charitable activities and provides grants to other charitable organizations. It is funded by residents and other supporters of Rose Valley. It is not affiliated in any way with the governmental entities of Rose Valley Borough.
The Foundation will be a watchdog of funds that it collects and invests.
